I too need all info that can assist me in getting all my money back. We contacted all of our creditors and all but one is willing to work with us. One bill has gone up around $5,000.00. We have filed all the complaints everyone has suggested on here. We emailed the attorney generals in Ms., Az., and Tx. We've called the FBI, FTC and a lawyer. We could use some more info on Hyla Stanton for our attorney. we need a working address to send a cancalation notice and demand a full refund. We don't have any working phone numbers, or fax numbers. Where can we send the cancalation letter and what exactly should it say? We are still able to access the RMP website. I clicked on the *report Harrassment* and wrote that my complaint was on them. I told them i wanted out and wanted a complete refund, including fees which ends up around $15,000.00. Now i guess the lawyer will get most of this, if i can get it back. please respond anyone with more info!! thanks
Please fill free to PM me anything!!!

jerry, yes this is the address you need to send the cancelation letter to. There is a catch, you have to use "their" cancelation letter, they (or Hyla) won't accept a general letter from any of us, has to be their form. What I would do if I were you is email the B**** at hyla @ riskmp.com and demand that she send you this letter, then once you receive, send to the tx address via certified mail.

I too am having the same problems as everyone else. Now I have two of my creditors down my throat. One with an attorney. They did however settle 3 of my accounts, and I had 4 left. Two of which they were to settle in the last couple of months. So now they have about $7000. What can I do next??

I have registered to the Forums. Is there a posted set of rules or regulations I need to read so I know what can and can't be included in a reply. Like not putting my presonal email address.

I see there are several new people on here that are just now finding out about mmg/rmp, on lawcash under risk management there is 27 complaints now if all of them have complained to the ftc that is great if you haven't do it now and also go to lawcash and file a complaint with them too, we have to stop this company from taking innocent peoples money like they have all of us.

For those that wonder how to file with the ftc, got to federal trade commission on google,go to complaint form , it is the second one down, or go to federal trade commission home page amd go over to file a complaint, do it now, let them know your story tell them everything you have and are going through with mmg/rmp.

WARNING - To all who have received checks this past few weeks. I recieved a $2000.00 partial refund yesterday in the mail. I went to their bank "Bank of America" to cash it and there was not enough funds to cash it. The teller seemed very strange about there account and even got the Bank manager involved. But they wouldn't tell me anything except that they don't even have $2000.00. So if anyone has put their checks into there accounts - it will bounce. BEWARE. She was supposed to send me a cashiers check because she has already bounced 1 $1000.00 check to me. She is just trying to hurt everyone worse I believe - especially me. I AM FURIOUS!

Taken from the old MMG website:
How will I know what MMG is doing for me?
You will receive a monthly Settlement Account statement giving you the status on all transactions on your MMG Account, and that includes updates the negotiation process for each of your creditors.
And the best one....
Where is my money being held until a settlement can be reached?
All monies are held in a settlement account in a nationally chartered bank. Each month a statement is sent to each client reflecting a history of all transactions that have occurred with their account.
I can't beleive that Hyla sent you 2 worthless checks. Isn't that fraud? If she is sending people checks that are bouncing the state where the checks are coming from the Department of Banking should be after her.

I was flipping through my MMG/RMP file and came across something interesting. I don't know if anyone has saved the initial e-mails that were sent from MMG. The e-mails that were trying to get you to become a client of MMG. The main catch to their campaign was "Our Program keeps you out of Bankruptcy, which stays on your Credit Record Up to 10 Years." Word for word from MMG. Funny that MMG/RMP caused bankruptcy for many.

They also claim that the average client completes their program with a credit rating of 640-680, fat chance. Not with the RMP that I know. Think they might have gotten those numbers transposed? Just had to vent.

BBB & Skipper, thanks for the cancelation letter! I was reading it and saw that they will hold all money until the balance *owed* them is paid in full! What? My account has $1,800.00 in fees, $12,500.00 of *my* money for creditors, and an amount *due them* of $9,793.53!!! Am i'm reading this right? If I send this letter in, I have to pay them another $9,793.53?? Do you think I will get any of this amount back? I just don't understand how people can hurt others like this???? So If any of you that have turned in your cancelation letters and have received money back, please respond!! You can PM if you want. I need all the info I can get for my Lawyer!!! Thanks everyone, Jerry

Hello everyone. For the first time, I wasn't able to access my account with RMP. Here's what they say when i try to log in: "We're sorry, your account is currently on hold. If you wish to resume your settlement payments and and take your account off hold please contact us at: 866.948.9222 thank you" Well I already know they are sorry! But someone must have gotton my emails!!! I have not sent in a cancelation letter yet!! So, someone is watching, reading, accepting emails somewhere!!!! I did login last night to file a creditor harassament complaint. I put in there that my complaint is with *them* and to cancel my account and refund *all* my money Please give info on your past experience on this part!! Thanks, Jerry
