hello I am digusted with credigy I've I've been on a payment plan since dec 04, my original balance 1730$ they contacted me with a balance of 4741$ never posted none of my payments, paid down to 700$ however missed 2 payments and the hiked my bal up to 1730$ can they get away with this

Hope you keep copies of your cancelled checks. You should write them a letter stating that your original balance was $1730,
you have made $XXX amount of payments to date, and by calculation you believe your balance should be $XXX.
Ask them to send you an account ledger, detailing how they calculated your balance. If they have indeed been taking your payments and not posting it, you should file a complaint with the AG.
