Cramer, Haber & McDonald Improper Credit Report Inquiry
My wife is presently being sued by MLH Group, LLC and represented by Cramer, Haber & McDonald, P.A. As far as I can tell, these two are one in the same (i.e, Cramer, Haber & McDonald simply registered as MLH Group and then hire themselves). I looked through my wife's credit report and noticed that Cramer, Haber & McDonald obtained a copy of the report two times. The credit report states that "... inquires were generated because you authorized the companies listed to request a copy of your credit report". However, my wife never authorized such. What is the best recourse here?

Besides you can dispute the wrong inquiry to the credit bureau and request them to investigate the item. They will run a check and get the correct details. If it is found wrong, it will be removed from your credit report and you will be sent an updated copy.
