Honestly I dont think their legit because Ive been reading alot of comments about this company and their sending people bills that they have nothing to do with!

Funny thing. I had a call come in today from this company for someone that doesn't live here. The answering machine was getting it but I decided to pick up to investigate. They claim that calls were made from our number and they were trying to collect money. But would not tell me more no matter how many questions I asked. What the charges are for, how much?? I told them that person does not live here and no calls were made from that number. They say they will now investigate and get back to me? Sounds like other people are experiencing the same thing.

have you bank contact them and if they dont talk to your bank then they are not real. and you can get your money back . or go too a real collection ageny , and have them look into it , .but whatever you do , dont take this $hit laying down . espcally mr mathews

a mr mathews called me and told me i had 1 week to pay a 2000$ bill that is not mine he called my sister my mother and he even harassed my 87 year old grandmother when i tried to ask him for proof he yelled at me and threatened me phyisically so after reading these posts the next time he calls about this bill that isnt mine im going to tell him to kiss my a$$

I found a message on my answering machine when I got home tonight. They had left a message for my son who doesn't live here. When I called and asked what it was about they said they had to talk to my son. When I told them I wasn't giving them any information until I learned a little more what this about the lady told me I had to in a very nasty voice and hung up. If they were a real collection agency they were unprofessional but I am very suspicious and am going to do some further checking with the Better Business Bureau. I also believe there is a Federal Agency that regulates credit collection agencies and I will check that also.

they are a bunch of bullshit we got a bill in the mail with my husbands name on it and hes deaf so i called them and explained to them that he was deaf and the lady called me a liar and told me he wasnt deaf!!! wut the f**k is that? GET A LIFE!!!!

We received a bill in the mail with my brother's name and he doesn't even answer our phone. The bill says it was autorized in January but why are they are billing him now. This is weird! I think this is a scam people, don't pay instead let's report to the fraud services.This person must stop and should go to jail!

My nephew recieved a bill for $143.00 for calls made to a s*x hotline, on the 20th of last month. The telephone they claim he made the call from has been disconnected for six months or better. Also, he was told that my inlaws and myself (they used my maiden name) lived in his house. When I called them about this, they said "We never told him that."

Also, when you call their 1-800-Number (customer service not the s*x line) you are told you can pay your payments annonymously. If it is your bill (and that is a big IF), why would you need to pay it annonymously?

Network Telephone Service or Spectrum Billing Service or Frontier..All these is 100% fraud Scam..the internal collection department, (the Collectors) Used false names and false information to scare people to collect money and harrast families members, There is a lot of things they can said over the phone, However nothing gets reported again any person credit, or legal actions...Lets see Ms. CINDY HALL sounds familiar....this company records incoming calls as outbounds calls ...It's agains the Law to record Outbounds Calls with out the permission of the party who they're trying to collect also they allow minor to access to they Adult Entertaiment services...so think about...they do not deserved any pennie.

I called these creeps to use their services a few times. now they are trying to hit me with fraud for exceeding my credit limit "knowingly" they have documented evidence i called. I wonder if they can legititmely report me. by the way men, stay faithful to your girlfriends/wife - don't end up in this pain I'm in.

And for the record, you can't be put in jail for not paying a debt. Debts are civil matters. If they're making that tired, old threat, their other threats are likely bull, as well. Is this regarding a payday loan?

If you do owe, do this ASAP.

They hate their jobs, so let them vent and know they are blowing smoke and talking out of both sides of their mouth.

To get them to stop harassing you, report them ASAP to your local attorney general's office and send out the following "letter to creditor" if you owe. Don't answer the phone if you know it's them.

Before you send in a cease and desist letter, make sure you ask them for a written verification of debt via certified mail. Wait 30 days for a response - then use the above cease and desist letter. While you wait, contact you AGO office.

I have recieved two invoices from this company for services not rendered. I did report the charges to my financial institution(Chase). Chase did investigate and drop the "fradulent" charges from my account.

Since, my father and mother have recieved harassing phone calls from a Mr. Rubio. This is an address I have not lived at since 2007. The calls were also made to a phone number that my parents never had in the short time I lived at their address. The phone calles were delivered in a very rude nature. When my mother asked what the call was in regards to, she was yelled at. After speaking to them for a few minutes, the caller from SPECTRUM offered my mother information that was security sensitinve. INSANE, who would have ever known for sure if that was my mother or not; It could have been another scammer like SPECTRUM on the other end of the line! I am not happy, and these calls need to stop!

Who can I report these calls to? Can a service like this be brought up on any type of a harassment charge? Can this fraudulent company affect my credit, being that my bank deemed the charges fradulent?

If there is a way to stop this, I will find out, and I will be glad to help anyone else with my findings!

I would like some advice about this company...I just received 4 letters stating that they were "rebilling" me for previous invoices (which I never got) and on those it has a list of calls that I supposadly made. Funny thing is, I checked my phone bill and the calls were indeed on the bill, listed as toll free number. But I never placed these calls!!!! How does this happen? I'm on a family share plan with my parents so I don't actually see the monthly breakdown in calls, and they never said anything to me because the calls didn't cost anything and they are for like 1 minute each. "Ms Cindy Hall" did place a phone call to my parents saying to call an 800 number which I never called because I'm caught up on all my bills and I know I don't know anything to anybody. Anything like this ever happen to anybody else? I know someone else said they record incoming calls as outgoing...but why would the calls show up on the phone bill if I never made them? Is there such a thing as "spam" phone calls? I'm really confused. Please Help!!!!

These guys are legit BUT i started sending my payments to them and for a while they were being credited then out of the blue i check my balance on one of my last statements and it never goes down they never post my payment untill they send me a copy of all my payments i will not pay them again. My wife was pissed off at me so bad also it sucks man

They are accusing my son of using his grandfathers creditcard and the cops have cleared him of all wrong doing. They are still threating legal action. 30$ and it all goes away. That is what fraud, blackmail.

The owner of the company is a convicted felon..Spent time in Attica Federal Penitentiary..Convicted by Mario Cuomo when he was a state prosicutor.I would not say this man runs a ligit business by any stretch of anyones standards.Florida needs to shut him down.
