Is this the address that you should sent a certified settlement letter to??

I think sending certified to this address is a great idea. You know, it is possible that the executives are not totally aware of the number of complaints that flow through the company. If they start receiving them at this level, they may open their eyes and start thinking of making changes in the future to their process and fees.
