PDL in texas

Hey anyone have pdl in texas? Need some info. I allready have some idea; I contacted some of my lenders they want fianance charges, i make them but i'll never get ahead.
Thanks

Here's the link to your state's pdl laws:

TX does not allow roll overs, are these internet pdls? If so you may have some room for negotiating as many of them are unlicensed to lend in majority of the states. You will need to put a block on them from debiting from your account any further, it's the only way to gain control of your finances back. You wil also need to file a complaint with your AGs office. Now, which companies are you dealing with, and how long have you been "rolling over" these loans? It may be that you have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate allowed by TX and you could possibly have grounds to demand they mark your accounts paid in full.

Be careful with the storefronts and make arrangements. TX pdl law does allow for criminal prosecution for default if they are due to a closed account and no arrangement has been made or you fail to follow through with the arrangements. Internet pdls are a different story, they are unlicensed.
