I was reading concerns from people dealing with the named group above and I am also experiencing the same problems has anyone received legal advice as to what is next?

Thanks USDagger, you are also doing a great job in leading people to the right direction. I am aware of this Miracle Management scam but guess, don't have anything much to add on here. I get updated reading your and everybody's post and come to know how MMP can do such frauds. Anyways, maybe you all will get justice only when you all get combined together and force the authorities to take action.

All the best :D

My guess is the Stanton's are going to continue their operation. If they file bankruptcy MMG / RMP would fall under the court's control and their embezzlement of clients funds would be exposed. At this point, with the Stanton's in so deep, they have nothing to lose. They will likely continue to steal and little and refund a little until court action with a real bite takes hold. Good luck to all.

Today is the day I cancelled with MMG One Year ago and have waited for my refund. As upsetting as that is for me, I will keeping doing whatever I can to get my money back from them wether it takes 2yrs, 3yrs, even 100yrs okay maybe not that long but I will keep do everything I can. So just a word of encouragement to everyone. STAY STRONG and KEEP FILING those complaints it may take time to see your money, but Please don't give up, believe me I felt like giving up many times and have felt sick to my stomach about all of this. But PLEASE Keep writing to your Attorney Generals, BBB, FTC, and your senators. One day justice will come, In the mean time DON'T GIVE UP!!!!

Need additional help. I still need to find how to file with the BBB? when I go to the site it asks to find the company name but I can't find it. How do you do it? Do I file on the National BBB or my local BBB division?

I filed with the AZ, TX & my state Attorney General offices. I printed the AZ State Banking Dept. complaint form to mail to them with copies of everything.

Who else do i need to file complaints with????

Thanks,
saeang

Poultry,

If you can afford a lawyer, more power to you... but I would suggest getting an attorney in Texas because that is where they are currently located (you can maybe also try Arizona since that is where they were doing business at and had been found guilty before by the state of Arizona). I spoke with an attorney here in Maryland who told me that most attorneys can not sue outside of their state... lawyers have to be licensed in each state that they want to practice in. My lawyer could not represent me over in Arizona because he was not licensed and it would have been very costly to send him there to do all that.

Hi Poultry;

I would suggest suing in Arizona because that is where the Stantons live. I can help you file the paperwork and serve them. I have also seen former clients sue the Stantons in their home state, serve the Stantons in AZ, and then get their money. The Stantons won't show and will default, you can then put a lien upon their home and possible their bank accounts. I can help you with this if you decide on going that route.

Joining the crowd of unfortuneates who've been ripped off. The Carson City address doesn't seem to do any good either. I tried to send a register letter to them at that address only to have it rejected. They won't return E-mail, phone or mail correspondence. I'm $2k + in the hole

I got used, burned, by this company. I want as many people that can to join me in finding names of people of anyone in IOWA that got burned from this company. I am ready to go ahead with my lawyer and press what ever charges needed to get this company stopped! Including contacting PrimeTime, Cnn and or 20/20 or whatever I can do to get this company stopped in their practices. The best way to resolve this is to group together and go after them with Lawyers!! As many as it takes. I am soooooooooo done with this company.

It`s better if YOU join forces with US...We have been in our circle longer and intact...we discuss things to go after RMP. The PROOF is on our past posts. Please read it. WE need people to join US.

Everybody...Please listen up. Let`s be careful not to disclose ANYTHING on the forum if the material is being distributed via Email and PMs. Also, We just DON`T email anyone immediately who is brand new and a guest only...........

Everybody...continue to keep close contact with worriedinaz, me, madmommy and others who have been around for quite a while.

Mr. Saeang, Check your PM. Thanks Mr. Saeang.

Who do I contact? I've been trying to get my money back for almost 6 months. They claimed they never receved my cancellation letter. I said fine mail me another one and they sad they did. I have not received it. I have sent several emails and no reply. And yes the service guy is really rude and demeaning. Since I was them 2 years ago, I've had nothing but one lawsuit after the other. I ended up paying more than I orignally owned. I finally settle the last lawsuit myself and saved way more. I can really use the money that is in my account.

To all newcomers... write to your senator and the FTC. We all have been through the same thing. The Stantons are nothing but liars and thieves. Also, to those who have not read through this forum... do so. You will get lots of advice of who to write to. Read back a few pages where I posted a link to get a form to Revoke your Power of Attorney.... then a few pages back further where someone provides a address for the new location in Texas. Send the revocation letter to this CERTFIED MAIL so you have proof they received it.

Also on pg 12 of this forum, Hyla invites us all to call her directly or email her attorney. Everyone needs to email her attorney. He even posted to email him.

But the truth is, I was told by Craig Raby from the State Banking Dept of Arizona who sued Hyla originally, is that the only people who can help us are private attorneys or the FTC. I was told by my senators office that if you write to them, the FTC has to respond to Senators letters and tell them who is investigating the case and a time line of resolution. We need senators from all over the US to write to the FTC about this.

Fyi,

I have filed a complaint with both the Arizona Governors office as well as the Arizona Attorney General. I have also filed with the Michigan Attorney General. Still no luck in my attempts to reach anyone at RMP via Email, or phone. Does anyone know for sure where i should send a registered letter and actually have it received by RMP?

Does anyone know if there is an attorney in Arizona that would be willing to do a class action suit against RMP. IT looks as though there are enough of us out of staters that have been cheated that it might be worth looking into.

slburs, RMP's new address is 5605 N. MacArthur Blvd 10th Floor. Irving, Tx 75038. Send your registered letters to that address. Also continue to file complaints with your Attorney General, and most importantly your Senator, and the FTC. You can also get a copy of MMG's consent order by going to the Arizona Banking Departments website and do a search on Miracle Management. Send it in with your complaint and documents.

My friend referred me to your web site to discuss issues surrounding RMP???
I;ve been with the company when they were with MMG two years ago. Why did MMG leave them, and are they still licensed to be a credit counseling service??? They ahve alot of my money!! I'm worried since none of my debts have been settled!!

MFK,
They were never licenced. MMG and RMP are the same company. RMP was a mail drop set up to circumvent Arizona laws. Please read the forum from page one.
File a compliant with the FTC and your congressman.

Good Morning everybody!

Madmom, I sent you another PM just now. Please check your PM inbox. Again, sorry about the situation.

To MFK....in your recent posts, it stated,"....issues surrounding RMP??? I;ve been with the company when they were with MMG two years ago. Why did MMG leave them...." TWO YEARS AGO, Miracle Management Group was widely known...NOT Risk Management Partners. How could you have known you were with Risk Management Partners back then...? In other words, when you signed up with the company, you signed up with Miracle Management Group...NOT Risk Management Partners. Can anyone correct/inform me on this time line conflict?

MFK...Why don`t you sign up to join this forum so you can listen in and echange PMs with everybody...including...me...........Don`t delay MFK. We`re waiting...

When I joined, they were called Jubilee American Financial (but my contract says Jubilee American Financial/and then Risk Management Partners in smaller type like it was an affiliate). Then, they changed their name their name to Risk Management Partners. If you read their website, at the bottom it said that Miracle Management Group was the marketing side for Risk Management Partners who did the negotiations.

Guest, that is correct. They are all the same company Jubilee, Risk Management and Miracle Management. They changed there name from Jubilee to Miracle Management quite awhile ago and still used Risk Management as its partner name. But is all one in the same. Check out the Arizona Banking Department website and do a search on the Miracle Management Group you can get a copy of the Consent order about the company. It talks about the process. Also keep filing complaints and send copies of the consent order with it.

Actually, I was informed they changed their name from Jubilee to RMP with MMG being the partner. Their website said that mmg was the marketing side of RMP. And when I received mail, it was from RMP. Either way, they have really done a job confusing the heck out of everyone with all the name changing and the different states.... I am sure that was their intention. Doesn't really matter now because we have all figured it out. Instead of complaining against one company, we will complain against all of them to all the different states they operate out of.

What goes around truly does come back around. We all need to keep calling the FTC and nag the appropriate bureaus until someone steps up and does something.

Poultry, read this forum and you will see several are suing. Some guy in PA had $16,000 invested and has a personal attorney now, lowermybills.com apparently is suing them since they were sponsored on that site, a payroll type company I heard was suing. Read this forum and get the info you need... I know it's long but if you are new to this you may get valuable info.

At about the same time I joined this site I also joined ripoffreport.com and saw that many other people have similar stories to ours. If more people join it is possible we could get a lawsuit going against jubilee/RMP/MMG or whatever their name is now. I think it may be worth the effort.
Read the following:

FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT & NOTIFYING THE AUTHORITIES
Quote:

Filing a Rip-off Report??? is important because you are helping us to help you, and others like you, achieve justice. We are able to accomplish this by working with the proper authorities for prosecution, and working with lawyers by using your report to help organize lawsuits. It is important that you know that your information is held strictly confidential, and your identity is protected by the First Amendment of the US Constitution.

We will contact you if a lawsuit is being considered or has been filed which you may want to be a party to. The more reports filed on a company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities and attorneys will want to take action.

Folks; apparently someone from the ripoff report has filed a complaint with a class action attorney site. Here is the website: lawcash.com/complaint/84/ risk-management-partners-aka-miracle-management-group-complaint.asp. I suggest everbody file their complaint with this association as it looks like they can help. They are already pursuing american express, which looks like they referred several people to this bogus program. In case the website is deleted for some reason; please go to lawcash.com.
