can i add my landlord after bankruptcy discharge
My landlord is trying to force me to pay rent for additional days after I have moved out.
I know in my state, if it is a chpt. 13 you have 6 months to add
I know in my state, if it is a chpt. 13 you have 6 months to add creditors to the plan, that is in OH though, and it has to be done before the discharge.
