Arrowhead investment payday loans is threatening me.


arrowhead investments payday loans is treating me with court and jail time and left message's saying i was going to pay!!!!!! and the original loan amount was 230.00 and its not on my statement at all and now they want a total of 700.00 by Tuesday the 31st of oct. or arrowhead investment says they are going to pursue legal action i live in NC and have no clue as to the laws there and i am in bankruptcy because of mounted medical bills and my attorney says just don't worry about it its a scam they cant do that so who do i trust i do not want my kids to see me go to jail or my name ruined no more than it already is I'm sick and can not take this stress someone please tell me what to do???????????? help me please...thank you.


it is 2010 June 27 and I have just been contacted by this company saying they have called to help me get out of gail for not paying an internet payday loan I never took out. They say it was for 250 and I have no idea what they are talking about. Their number is 305 647=1365 goolgled in florida. My attorney sys they are just a scam but they had my ss# which scares me...anyone know what they will do or what I should do? The attorney says they will get caught and they are Nigerians and totally dishonest,,like most nigerians I have met..they lie, cheat, will do anything to get money. They should all be deported.. at least the dishonest ones. Keep the good people and shoot the rest...I had help from a really nice Nigerian woman a while back,,so they do have good people.

I have been receiving calls at home and at my job and I want them people to stop as if I did not get no money from them and they are saying that I had received it but I did not get nothing from them people I do not live with nobody and they keep calling at work and at home so STOP CALLING ME AND HARRASSING ME AND EVERYBODY ELSE.

I would check more into it as if they had been calling my house and harrassing my girlfriend and me and now they are calling me at my job so please check into it more because I think that they are a scam.Quote:

Don't argue with them, the more you argue the more they will call. You need to file a complaint against them with the FTC.

Arrowhead investment is a company that was formerly incorporated in Missouri, and listed a Christopher M. Hodes as the president. Here are the documents of incorporation:

I started arguing with these idiots a week ago. They first told me that, when I signed the loan documents, I gave up my right to be protected by Michigan law. Next, they told me that they complied with Delaware law (WRONG!!!). When I requested their license number, they stated that no one gives out their license number (if it exists, it is public record).
They just contacted me today, requesting a settlement of $510. I told them to go pound sand, and that, if they sold my account to a collections agency, I woulld be sending complaints to the Attorneys General of Michigan (my state), Utah (the state listed in the loan documents), Delaware (for claiming that they are licensed there), Missouri (because of the former incorporation there), and Kansas (they run a call center there).
My advice is DON'T BACK DOWN!!! File complaints with the same states I listed. The more they hear the name of Arrowhead Investments, the sooner Mr. Hodes and company will be put out of business.

I got one for you. I just spoke with a "Heather at Arrowhead phone number 866-355-7308 option 4 and told her I need their license number to operate in the state of Ohio. I have called them 3 days in a row looking for this number. She had to check with her manager and came back to the phone to tell me they have a nationwide license number. I told her I spoke with the AG of Ohio and was told if they do not have an Ohio license they are operating illegally and could face prosecutuion. She told me and replied with an email that to stop any hassles they will just consider my case closed.
I think the attorny general scared them because thy are no able to legally operate in Ohio
