Has anyone dealt with Oasis1 Marketing?

I have a PDL with them, yet I can't find any contact info.

TIA

Rich

I have PDL with OASIS1, Antilles venture, DMS Marketing and FTR Processing and I am looking for a web or telephone number but I can not find them.

Oasis1 and Sagamore. They each have been debiting $90 from my account each paycheck for a total of 18 debits so far. my bank was unable to find any information on them.

I have requested a stop payment on those 2 debits. Hopefully this will force them to contact me. If they do I will post whatever information I can find from them.

I have also put in a fraud inquiry on all 18 of those transactions. I don't know how a bank can even allow that if the company doesn't provide contact information.

How can it be legal for someone to debit money and not provide the bank with contact information. Anyone that has loans from Oasis1 and Sagamore and doesn't know how to get in touch with them dispute all debits as fraud and see what happens.

They have transfered my PDL account to an agency where the person is maybe from a different company. I tried to resolve the issue by trying to make payments, however they threatened me with fraud and when I tried to call back they kept hanging up in my face on numerous attemps. I don't know what to do. The amount I owe is now double the amount I borrowed. They called me from (732)203-7708. Does anyone know what my rights are!

Were you ever able to find this number or even an address. This company continues to take money from my account and I can't stop them. My e-mail address is email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

oasis1 marketing's number is 1-866-209-3035 as posted by rrjeremy. I just spoke with them and they told me that they keep taking $90 of interest until you tell them to take more. I don't think people know this and this appears wrong to me. I didn't see that in any paperwork

We have the same problem with $90 taken out each paycheck. They have no contact info. My suggestion is to do what we are doing and just start a new account with your bank.

If you are taking loans with these companies you need to ask for ALL of their contact information that is your responsibility! It does say in all of the documents that you receive exactly how the loan works and how it can be paid off. You need to read through the documents! The rep also explains to you over the phone the payment options...listen!

Oasis1 Marketing Group Inc may be a company that is backed by someone from India. They also may be out of busniess but still trying to get money from people's bank accounts. If they can't.they give your paperwork to some guy who claims to be an attorney. He has alot of reports to the FBI for fraud and is not an attorney anywhere in the U.S.

I have a question, I do not recall getting any loans or otherwise from this company, however I have a collection/attorney calling me telling me their going to press charges against me etc if I don't settle. Problem is, they don't have any supporting documentation on my "loan" or anything. They are stating it is from 2005 and I think they are trying to scam me. The two companies that I think I am being scammed by are called : Goldberg and Maxwell LLC and Westwood Asset Management.
Any feedback is much appreciated!

I finally broke down and called the number posted in the previous post since Oasis1 hadn't acknowledged any of my emails from the past month or so. They had sent emails saying my account was send to collections. After talking to the customer service rep she acknowledged that my account had been paid back and there was even overpayment. She placed me on hold then returned and said I would receive a PIF email by the end of the day and it would be taken out of collections. I wasn't expecting the email but I GOT IT!!!! I asked about a refund but I ain't holding my breath about getting it....I'm just happy to get the PIF.
