Wage Assignment from Cash Transfer Centers

My employer called me today. She recieved a wage assignment from Cash Transfer Centers, said she never saw one before. I explained that a wage assignment is strictly voluntary and I do not authorize her to deduct any money from my pay check. She said she is going to take it to their legal department and I told her I would report it to the Attorney Generals Office. I have already printed out a copy of my account status from their website..balance zero, and an e-mail i recieved from them stating that since my account is paid in full I am elligible to take out a new loan. I'm faxing this to consumer affairs.

OMG, is that another tactics by CTC of stealing money even when they documented the customer's loan account as paid. I am quite surprised about this wage assignment thing.

Don't leave a chance. You should complete all the legal formalities that are done in the wage assignment process. Send your revocation letter to the company and a copy of the letter to your payroll so that they don't allow CTC to debit money from your account. This is something new and you should be cautious about their actions.
