Someone is calling me?!?

I have inherited a cell phone from a person who obviously owes you money. Since my credit score is in the high 70's, low 80's (it fluctuates), this is really annoying. I don't have creditors calling me, I have SOMEONE ELSE'S creditors calling me. I was getting a call periodically and then monthly. Now, I am receiving them weekly! When this first started, I was asked if I was this person and stated that I was not. Then I received a barrage of questions, "Do you know him", etc. If that is not bad enough, now a machine calls, so there is no way to speak with anyone; then the message repeats IN SPANISH!!! Why not Italian or German; it could not be any more annoying. I have been told over an over that my number has been removed. I just spoke with a very condescending Mr. Nichols. He asked if I had just called. I stated that I had not, that I had called Mr. Rice the day before and since I could not reach him, I left a voice mail asking for a HUMAN to please call me - didn't happen of course. I asked Mr. Nichols if when I receive another call should I call him back. He stated, "No, there's nothing I can really do about it". Well, I asked what if I called him all the time and left voice mail. You got it, expect some calls.
