Paragon Way is a debt buyer as well as a collection agency. Be careful of this company. They have been known to try to collect on debts that have been previously filed in bankruptcy, etc. Send a validation letter, requesting who the original debt is with and proof of ability to collect (legal ownership or assignment). As of March 2006, a contact person for the company was Boyd Holbrook, Dispute Fraud Resolutions Coordinator, at 888-570-5007, X1110. Good luck!
