Anyone heard of Nationwide Credit?

They're a collection agency, and a pretty sleazy one from what I've read on here. Here's a link to a previous thread about them, so you can arm yourself with some info. before getting back to them.

machine from 888-913-2337. Do you know who
they are or where they are from? I'm really

They called my house leaving a message saying that was important to contact them. I did and they ask for my Fiance Danny and proceeded to tell him that they were collecting over draft fees for Fifth Third Bank. He did not give them any information but did get a ext. and name as well as a account number so that he could get back with them. He called Fifth Third and after speaking with four different people was told that there was not a problem and that this was a scam and to call the police and report it. Of course they said that there is nothing that they can do about it until they actually do harm. To me what they have done is Fraud and that should be enought to do something. I did call the number today from my work number and when a lady answered the phone she answerd by just saying "Hello". I didn't respond and then she said, "Oh, Nationwide" I said, I need ext. 3574. She said, Who are you looking for? I said, Well don't you know who belongs at that ext? I said, Give me Trey. She said, Who are you? I didn't answer and I just hung up. It pretty much confirmed to me that they are BS just taking peoples money.

I also got a call from Nationwide Credit Inc. (866-560-0163) and they left a private message for a person that I don't know on my voice mail. They are using Houston phone numbers (832-460-1564) so beware. They are a debt collecting agency and they use very unethical practices.
