When it comes to debt (and the Oakland A's about now :)) ) plenty of times! What are you doing to take care of you?

Yes, that is normal. If you have been keeping everything bottled up. It only takes 1 thing, even if it seems small and irrelevant to cause an emotional outburst. You said you felt like you ran a marathon afterwards, you have been keeping alot of stress bottled up. Can I ask how you are feeling now?

Sherry, it's normal. It's actually a good thing. It's very unhealthy to hold it all in.
Don't hold it in..If you need to cry, then cry. If you need to be mad, then be mad. Who cares if other people don't like it?
YOU need to worry about YOU. :) You feel like you've run a marathon because you just let all those bottled up stress OUT..
And remember that you can always come on here and vent to us. We're here for ya! :)

Yes, debt does stress me out and at times I found myself crying because I thought there was no way out. If it begins to interfere with your activities of daily living then I would suggest you see your doctor. It may be something that should be treated only temporarily.

It does seem that way sometime. I've learned to do what I can, and if they don't appreciate what you do, then let them take care of themselves. It's time for you to think about you. :)
If you need to vent, you know where we are. :)

I would suggest that you seek some professional help to deal with your personal and debt issues which appears to be causing you distress and it sounds as if it may be interefering with your daily activities. It is a good thing to receive advice from others but when it begins to effect you the way you are saying, it is best to seek the advice of a licensed professional.

This sounds like a panic attack..That's rough. You seriously should consider seeing an MD. Don't keep it in, lay it out for us, we're always here to listen and help as much as we can.

I can remember many instances in my life where I felt like screaming until my lungs collapsed. Instances at public school between rotten kids and @sshole teachers, instances with my parents at their very worst, instances at my most recent jobs, yet I never vented they way I wanted, needed, and should have. Although I admire myself for such fortitude, I'm kinda pissed at myself for not putting those f&cking people rihgt in their place and taking years off my life as a consequence.
Ari, you should come running with me. That's how I deal with it.
Ari, you should come running with me. That's how I deal with it. I'm up at 3:30 every morning (usually) so I can run before work. I think I'd be a screaming wreck every day at work if I didn't.

I get up at 5 am for 40 minutes of power yoga. I need my workoutt too, or else I'm stiff and tense.
Not getting a workout to me is like not getting a shower. Lousy feeling.

Me too! I swim to work off tension--cuz when I get home, I'm crawling with it!! I also have problems sleeping at night sometimes. And lately it's gotten so bad that it's almost a joke, lol.
