Antillies Ventures just called me at work and threated me

A woman from Antilles Ventures just called me at work and threated to speak with my supervisior about my pay day loan with them. she said that since i used my work email address i could be fired and that they were going to turn me over to an attorney and that i should get ready for court. I told her that it wasn't illegal to use my work email and she said then that she would put a 24 hour hold on my account and if i wanted to have the balance of 670.00 which the loan was only taken out for 200.00 to be cut in half to 400.00 that she would do that and if i didnt want to do anything, that i should get ready for court bc i am in Ohio and that i could have my wages garrished. Please help me out with what i should do next.

I have yet to see an interent lender take anyone to court. Most of the online lenders aren't even licensed, abused the usury laws, etc. When I did a search for their license in Ohio, it came back as none. I know they have to be licensed in the state of Ohio. Have you paid anything on the account? If so, how much?

I have sent them a payment through money gram, they say that is the only payment i made to them, so i will need to go back into my old account and look up my bank statments to see what i have paid to them, what should my next step be?

Go through your bank statements, total up what you have paid the

Go through your bank statements, total up what you have paid them, and if you have paid back the principal amount, I would request the account be marked paid in full.
