Payday loan - what to do?

I received a call today from Liability SOlutions out of Canada related to a payday loan from EZPayDay Cash. Actually they called my brother and friend and threatened them with subpoena whatever good that would do. SO i called and agreed to overnight them 518 for a 300 loan. I even called and gave them a tracking # but it hasnt left yet. After reading, they sound similar to Ellis Crosby, should i pay or go get the package before it leaves?

How does it look when a new guest arrives and all they see is you to bickering, enough and stop it. Start helping people here are get out. Are you here not to help People?!

These "Guests" and I mean all of them are giving any new guest a bad name - they are just trying to stir the pot up and get regular users heated up with having to repeat themselves over and over again.

I have read this forum from front to back and what I see is that the regular users trying to help out keep getting sucked into the mind of the co-workers of this form posting as guests who constantly keep trying to make people believe that what they do is legal.

If they would just leave this forum alone and come to the conclusion that they are not going to get anywhere here with their reduntant and repetitive comments then I feel all would be fine here. All they are doing is looking for a negative reaction and a place to argue with people.

It looks to me like the regulars are so sick and tired of listening to the crap that comes out of their fingers that any normal person would start to loose it on them - I don't blame them.

Keep up the good work "regulars"!

The sweetest thing is GUEST is that you haven't been able to con many people out of their money thanks to this forum, at least not as many as you used to.

As long as this forum is around, the law office will never succeed at scamming everyone they try to intimidate because more and more people are learning about your tactics because of this forum.

You can only ride the gravy train for so long, I suppose enjoy it while you can.

Do I hear flipping of the classified pages . . . . . . your firm can't last forever and it will be a good day when they won't be able to scam anyone anymore . . . and that day will come despite what you preach.

HAHA think what you want. For people who have to borrow money, they clearly can't afford computers to even look this forum up. One person a month will join this forum, there's millions in this world. Lets make it clear, who said i worked for this firm?? Not me, and again there's more than one guest!!!

I feel badly for you if you've fallen on hard times, but I know as well as anyone that many that have posted here have borrowed and haven't paid back. I'm not directing this at anyone in particular, so don't get your little undies in a knot.
If you borrow from a PDL, pay back the loan. If you can't pay back the loan, you're going to get a call from a recovery company, whether it be a collection agency or other.

I'll have to inform the commenter above, that most internet payday loan companies are not licensed to operate in most staes, and if they lend money thinking they legally must be paid back, then they are stupid. I advise consumers that if they find out a company is unlicensed to lend in their state, then they legally are not liable for the money. So, please go sell your caldron of shit somewhere else. I believe morality is null and void when it comes to dealing with unlicensed loan criminals.

If all of you have you're doubts and think you completly know everything about this "law office" You should go pay the office a little visit and see what goes on in there, instead of sitting back making accusations that you havent seen for yourself. Go borrow some money and fly to MarkhamCanada.

Just an idea!

What the hell are you talking about. If you are a representative of a law firm, who is coming here to speak on their behalf, then you should know that I am a consumer advocate, who had a hand in getting a company in Florida, sued for 1.3 million dollars recently, so if your comments are representative of any firm, then you hold yourself and the firm liable for whatever you say here. So, please continue commenting, as I have already recorded your IP address and Internet service provider, meaning your town, and when I get around to it, I will send out a letter, asking the firm that you speak for, if you are in fact a representative of their company.

I get tired of these so-called representatives who speak off of the record for a company. When they comment here, they are speaking to the world on behalf of who they comment about. I take it to the next level, by asking the company in question if in fact the person commenting is in line with the mission statement of the company. If the company says, "no" , then that company will usually take legal action to cease speaking on their behalf, to clear their name from the comments from our anonymous guest.

If this commenter is actually an employee of the firm and the firm is in compliance with this commenter, then the Attorney General of the state where this firm is based will be the next step, since the AG governs how these firms operate or how they deal with consumers. The comments here can be used in furture litigations since they are now public record. They are being documented as I type this.

your extremly rude, and think way to highly of yourself, keep you're trash mouth to yourself. Who raised you Anthony?? What makes you think you can use profanites and not others. And as for you saying you're passionate about this topic, I'm begining to wonder about you, maybe you should see someone about that issue. Just don't start making love to you're posts!! :?

I am actually a nice person, but I have zero tolerance for illegal collectors. I was raised in New York and am an Italian, so perhaps my "take no shit" attitude comes from. I have helped many people here and in real life, so please do not judge me merely on my use of the occassional profane words. I truly appreciate your opinion, and it is promptly noted. Let me know if I can assist you in any way. I may even be able to help you get over the profanityphobia that you have. God bless.
