I like leaving their posts. It always helps to back up one's factual evidence with a personal childish attack or a post that totally ignores what was said. Shows them for who they are. Granted - if it is too vicious, a deletion is the best cure.

called to check voice mail at home today while on vacation and had threatening messgae from mr sargent on 5/29/07 to call paul kuperstein....905-474-3535. was a fax number. i dont have any outstanding debts. am filing complaint with attorney general in nc

I'm not defending anyone or anything, I just thought it strange that someone would get a phone call and instead of investigating the matter they call the attorney general.

My Girlfriend just got a call the other day from Paul and Associates, they threatened to seize all her accounts with in 48 hrs and take her to court and have to pay 5000 bucks. She then called them back the next day and made arrangements to pay 200 bucks 1st time and 150 bucks for the next 6 months to pay whatever it was to pay off. Then something was telling to me check it out on the net, seen this forum. Now we are calling the authorities.

My father got a call from these CLOWNS today...the guy hung up on him, said he was going to take him to court...blah blah. Then my dad asked him for any sort of claim number, and he REFUSED to give it to him. To make a long story short, i did a little investgating for him and found this site. A few things did tip me off when he called...first off, no lawyer would call and then hang up on you (real professional buddy) On the call display it comes up "Law Office" no real lawyers office would show up like that. Right now we're in the process of contacting Phonebusters, the RCMP, and the law society of canada. Thank god for this website.
