Hello and good day.

I hope everything is going well with everyone. I recently had an occurrance with this organization and would like to call people together.
There are some very blatant and obvious facts here. I don't mean to put all of you down however, there are opportunists and there are the pacifists in life.
Mr.Kupferstein is an opportunist, while the majority here are pacifists. Some people like to make things happen, and some people just want the bad things to go away.
I am here as a peer to Mr.Kupferstein and a rally point to you the disgruntled, just as Mr.Kupferstein rallies his minimum wage employees with the promise of "commission" on your unnatural debt to the point they are almost brainwashed into the idea they carries themselves forward as certified practitioners of law or in what the scope of the law would consider misconstrued pretenses.
There is a true wealth of character tesitmony towards Mr.Kupfersteins employees, as well evidence as far in regards to guildline ignorance as laid down by the McGuinty Goverment here in Ontario.
As a test to the policies and procedures in effect concerning "pay day loan" outfits, I have stumbled across a much more intriguing aspect - this so-called loop dancing "Law Office".
(Reminds me of Tech Resellers putting a Cerified Cisco engineer on the payroll whom never works a day to be "certified" Cisco shops - or Nortel, take what you like as an example).
The further delusion apparent with Mr.Kupferstein's ingenious idea to open a collections agency under the "guise" of a lawfirm (therefore in theory foregoing any regulation laid out for the collection agency practice); has a few major flaws.
Not the least being an easily provable case concerning the intent of every aspect of this bogus law office to skirt the necessary guildlines and structures governing to fly just by the radar with intent not being for the oath of true law.

Upon my testing of the payday loan system and it's adherence to the stipulations laid out by the provincial goverment; I had a wealth of mispractice and procedure already to sift through. To my surprise while trying to use an arbitration system setup for these scenerios (for dispute of monies miscalculated on terms signed) - my case has been forwarded to the "Law Office" of Mr.Kupferstein.

I will not publically disclose all of my interactions and dealings thus far, however adherence to any guidline to this point is laughable and deplorable.

My reason for this post is such;

To garner the evidence of malpractice and fraud in a class action lawsuit amongst other things.
