Sonic Question...please help

I'd like to send them a Cease & Desist letter and a wage assignment revocation letter.

I saw that someone here gave a Pennsylvania address but it's a P.O. Box, can you send Certified or Registered mail to a P.O. Box?

Where would I send these letters to? I plan on faxing/e-mailing/& mailing copies of each.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to fax and email the wage revocation and cease and desist. Also, be sure to give your employer a copy of the wage revocation letter. Sonic rarely goes by a cease and desist letter. Be sure when you fax the letters, to get a confirmation page and when you email, do a return receipt which tells you when they receive it, open it and delete it. The addresses they give here in the United States is forwarding addresses to Surrey, British Columbia. They also give a Malta address and a Dublin, Ireland address. We have found through extensive research that Sonic is not licensed anywhere in the United States and have been informed in California to Cease and desist. Sonic has violated several state laws and continue to do so.

Sonic Payday has used several addresses so far and most of them have been undelivered. Not sure, which address is presently working. If I find one, I will post soon. Hang in there! Go through some of the postings about others dealing with them.

I've already talked to my payroll dept and they said that they don't accept 'digital signatures' or anything that doesn't have a court's stamp on it.

I'm probably going to flood them with the cease and desist letter as well as e-mails.

I'll probably send the letters to the three BC address es that I've found on here.

They won't know what hit 'em.

I'm going to hit them with C & D letters all over the place.

I'll probably send the C & D letter to PA as well as the Canadian addresses.

I won't leave anything to chance and luckily, where I work we can press a button and have our conversations recorded.

I've found that in the past if you mention that the call will be recorded, you typically get hung up on.

When I contacted payroll, the manager kind of laughed when I said that Sonic might pull the 'pre litigation' or 'pre trial' card. She just chuckled. We're a Fortune 500 company so I'd imagine she's seen and heard it all.

One last thing, I'd really laugh if they pulled the "we'll have you picked up at your house or office" line.

My neighbor is a deputy sheriff and the guy across the street is a local police officer. They read these forums (but don't post) and think some of the threats they see are fairly comical.
