A request to Asset Acceptance for almost $5000
Dear Asset Acceptance:
At the time that my credit was ruined, I was being held captive by the ONLY person I have ever known from the State of Michigan. The man was my boss, and he tortured me for a very long time before I was able to escape by quitting my job because of his dishonorably intentioned sexual harrassment. Now Michigan is involved in this mare on my credit report, and I continue to suffer because of the man from Michigan. Is this something that you would like to remove from my report under the circumstances? I live in Texas. I honestly was a captive victim to this man.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Butler

Dear Jennifer
Welcome to the forums. I feel sorry for the emotional and physical harassment imparted on you. And I would really like to comfort you by anything that I can do from my side.
But, you have to take this situation with a strong heart and fight against this pain inflicted on you. You should take this matter to the court and you deserve your rights to be protected. So, I will suggest you to act strong and take legal actions against your employer.
Regards
Roxette

Yes Jennifer, you need to remove this from your credit report if it reflects negative on it. Please contact your creditor (directly or via debt consolidation care partners) and settle the matters, also by bargaining you can remove this item from your credit report.
Also let us know more in detail that we can suggest some detail help.
As roxette said just be strong and handle it with care :) .
