A OK has been found guilty of interest charges over the limit in BC. There are other PDLs being sued in Canada, so this will have far-wide reaching effects on the PDL industry in Canada.



You can put a stop payment on an ACH debit through your bank, but it will cost a fee. I've put stop payments on ACH debits at my bank and they charge $30 an item and it's good for 6 months. My bank has told me to allow three full banking business days for the stop payment on the ACH to take affect.

To all, if anyone who accesses this forum is from canada and used Quik Payday from October 2, 2002 until February 11, 2005 and paid the loan back in full can get their money back.
