Respond to PDL
I have sent the letter to the online PDL's, some have agreed to close the accounts. Others state that if you can open the account over the internet, then you are bound to the terms of the contract. I am trying to find a good response for this one. PDL's are illegal in my home state. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you reviewed the loan statement with these companies? If you are sure that payday loan is illegal as per your state laws, send the link to them. But since, you already have an account with them, make sure that you pay only what you actually owe along with the allowed charges.

bdouble, Good Luck with these two they are tough to crack. They are now claiming they are an indian nation so they cant fall under US law. Hope everything works out. GODBLESS KYSIDE38
