Chapter 7 income information

I don????????t think that any other person????????s income can be included in Bankruptcy 7 except for spouse. But I am not 100% sure in this matter. Other members may help you better.

Since you merely live with that person, you don't have to disclose anything about them. It would be essentially the same as a landlord-tenant relationship; even though you don't pay any rent, the person you live with is a "landlord" in that they are allowing you to occupy their premises.

The only spot you would fill out is on your Schedule J Expenses (rent), and if you don't pay any then put zero.

They also want you to include all assets that I own, I do not own anything but my own clothes, how does that get entered in to the forms?

I'm pretty sure there is a Schedule for all your asset information, and there is a line item for clothing. You just estimate how much your clothes would be worth and put that number in the box. (Or if you have an attorney, they will fill out the form for you.)
