My husband and I have several loans to pay every month. We are only able to pay minimum payments. We cannot live on his salary and my salary. Which is so sad considering what he makes a year. Our monthly payments equal about $3250 a month. That is 3/4 our salary. All of our percentage rates are great. Hi :D Does validation work ONLY if you have never made a payment on the said 'account'? Say, you have a debt that's a few years old, you paid on it to start with for several months, then fell behind and stopped. It became a 'charge off', and then a collection agency obtained it. Would validation not work in this case, since I was orginally making the payments? wouldn't that be validation in itself?
