I just found out that the attorney that is repersenting CACH ,LLC is also a collection agency listed under a different name here in the state of AR. Are they allowed to repersent other collection agencies because they are licensed in my state as a collection agency? Something does't sound right here, or atleast not very fair. On the bottom of the summons they state that this Office is a debt collector, this is an attempt to collect a debt any information obtained will be used for that purpose. So are they attorneys or a collection company? Thanks for you time!:confused: Mary
some attorney's are collectors,but they have to honor the FDCPA.
