Death during bankruptcy

What happens when a person who filed bankruptcy (in the State of Florida) dies ? (and the bankruptcy case has not yet been heard)

OMG I'm so sorry to hear that. But that would be a question for the lawyer.

The bankruptcy would be dismissed as filer could not present in court.
