Unfortunately, I am just seeing this string of emails about this company. I took out a 700.00 loan and have been charged on my account 300.00 for the last four months but I am still not paid in full. Any suggestions how I can be rid of them?

Problem is the payday loans have outrageous finance fees, and it states in their agreement that they will charge you this amount every payday until you pay the full about of your loan, plus the finance fee. some will reduce the finance fee as you pay down the principal, but every payday they will continue debiting that finance fee, 300, so, it's really hard to catch up, cause you have to pay the 300 plus the original 700 that you borrowed. The 300 they keep taking out is just the finance fee, and that is not going towards your loan at all. You have to call them at least 3 days before your debit date to tell them if you want to pay more than just the finance fee. So you would have to call on a tuesday before your friday debit. They will not call you. This is how these companies make their money. I've paid dearly for this type of thing. I've ended up paying triple or quadruple the amount of the original loan.

The last statement is a true statement, which is always posted in a contract that is given to such a client who is in need. ALWAYS READ WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO! It's that simple people. They can also be very helpful. I got a loan for 300 to pay my power and gas bill and gave it back in a 14 day period of time. This is always stated if you ask the right questions when speaking with a representative. What is my finance charge? or What is the INTREST on this loan I'm about to take out? In short all I payed was 90 dollars, and my bills not being late. Just like with any loan or financing situation you get in: ALWAYS BORROW RESPONSIBLY!

It doesn't matter what a payday lender's terms happen to be, if they aren't following the law they aren't entitled to collect on finance fees and interest.
