Yes you could file again assuming you qualify .The Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2005 makes it more difficult and expensive. However have you considered bankruptcy alternatives like a debt management Plan or debt settlement ?

You can't file chapter 7 again until 8 years from your previous date of discharge. You could file chapter 13 though.

You can only file again if 8 years has elapsed since you last filed,someone else said 8 years from discharge and this is false.
