I was reading concerns from people dealing with the named group above and I am also experiencing the same problems has anyone received legal advice as to what is next?

I am appalled that Hyla would say that. I am also appalled at all the threats. I too would like my money back. I put myself into this situation. I have had okay luck with MMG. They settled all but one of my accounts, which it looks like I will now be sued for. It is only for 1,200 but that is the 1,300 left with MMG that I would like to have returned. I am angry too and it looks like I did not get it as bad as others. I am shocked at the amount of nice things that they have, probably with our money but is it worth jail time??

I dont think it was Hyla either...but just for funzies..let me tell you whats going to happen to them..because of the 1099-misc forms people have filed.

When Hyla and fat hubby filed & SIGNED their tax returns, they committed a crime in the eyes of the IRS. People here are filing their 1099-misc Income forms stating that they paid the Stantons money. Income to be specific.

Because Hyla isn't paying back the money, it is income to them. When the IRS computers see that there is a mismatch, there is an audit. There are several levels of audits that they do. The more 1099-misc forms filed against them and the higher the $$$, the "deeper" the audit goes.

Now the difference between a tax lien and jail time is this. Someone who files a tax return, but cannot pay the taxes gets a tax lien. In otherwords, they told the truth about their income, but don't pay.

The Stantons (my guess here) is that they not only didn't pay their taxes, they didn't even report the income. Because they signed (perhaps several years)of tax returns here...it is defrauding the IRS. People go to jail for doing that.

Remember that "Survivor" winner? Richard Hatch? He didn't report 1.4 mil. He is in jail now.

The Stantons have no idea how many people have filed 1099-misc forms against them and MMG, so it is a 100% certainty that their Income Tax Returns are frauds..hence it is a matter of time until the IRS catches them and puts them both in jail..unless of course they aren't busted by someone else first.

So speaking of Tax Fraud...get this..

The actor Wesley Snipes has been indited for Tax Fraud. Not only did he not pay his taxes, he didn't file 6 years of Tax returns.

He faces up to 16 years in prison.

Sleep well tonight Hyla! Yesterday was the last possible day to file 2005 returns!

Our government does not care what these people have done to us. They make it more difficult to pursue any recource for us at every turn. These people (RMP) are among the lowest life form in existence. They have fed off the bottom so long that they will never rise to the top. I am continuing to write but the response level from the government officials is about as frequent as the responses from RMP.

It is amazing that someone can steal thousands of dollars and the government does nothing. But, steal a bag of chips from a 7-Eleven and they will send you to jail. The TV reporter who investigated Hyla missed the real story. They should ask the government officials why they wouldn't do their jobs.

We`re just sitting back and watching what`s gonna happen next. What else can be done? Many individuals already contacted officials and other agencies. We all will wait but in the same time work on improving our credit history.

Stantons are LOSERS in every way. I will definitly file a 1099c during tax filing season.

You can either do a 1099 or you can report the whole amount as a bad debt and reduce you income. Either way if any money is ever received it will have to reported as income for you in the future.

Good screen name by the way. Wish I had thought of it. I have a good acronym for RMP. You probably can fill in the blanks.

OK, just received a letter and questionnaire in the mail today from a Robert E. Casey Jr. of the FBI in Dallas, TX. He says they are investigating RMP and want more info so they can make a more thorough evaluation of RMP violating federal law.

I'm a little leary of this and want to know if anyone else has received this correspondence. It looks official enough, but want to be sure.

They provided an email address of Special Agent Michael J. Decker, which is, mdecker(at)leo.gov

If you've received this info, please post to the forum.

Thank you!
