They are refusing certified letters at the given addresses. Cowards. To the Stantons, you now owe me $31253.49, that is interest on the amount I lent you for your escapades and spending sprees, court cost for the accounts you did not settle, postage to all parties I have contacted for help and letters I have sent to you. I guess I should charge you all for the $26000+ for my heart attack as well. Thanks for all the grief you have brounght into all our lives. I can only hope that it is equal all of ours.

I never watch Dr Phil, but had it on yesterday. He had a lady on who had been scammed on a completedly different circumstance. at the end of the program he made the statement that "his program was on a mission this year to expose scam artists of all kinds and bring them to justice". He stated he wanted to hear from anyone and everyone who had been scammed for any reason. I know this is a long shot but we cannot seem to get anywhere. If we all contact this media outlet at approx the same time we may get someones attention. What do you think?????

I sent my letter this afternoon, it took $1.75 to mail, told them who we have contacted and the help we have gotten or not gotten may not work but it felt good, if it goes enough places and we all try enough things something will work, they may even go to the Stanton's home for an interview and see how the Rich and Famous live. I also got a letter back as not at this address when I sent them a copy of their $9,543 1995 1099 form. At least it made it to the IRS. It may not come this year Hyla but it will make it and the Feds will put you down and if enough of us send the 1099's to the Feds and a copy to the Stantons it may cause her to sleep even less.

Hey Hyla, many years from now, our anger and negative views about YOU WILL continue to haunt you whatever you do, wherever you are. Yeah, I saw the news video clip of you LYING through your teeth...claiming you would refund people`s money. Your life is just that....a LIE. You LIED to people who trusted you and your "make believe" company. You most likely LIED to your parents when you were young. You probably even LIED to your own friends around you in your life as well.

Who else are you gonna LIE to? ........your children............?

A young child can learn a lot from a parent through observations. As the child grows, the NEGATIVE things can be learned/adopted. Is that what you want for your children? Allowing them to grow up and CHEAT other people as well? Your children will see it from you. That`s a definite sure.

You want to be free from this whole freaking mess? Give the money back to the people who trusted you at the beggining and we`ll go on our own ways.....It`s damn simple!

A lot of victims in this forum.....you want a clean chance, give us our money! When will you EVER alleviate the HEAVY GUILT off your body anyway?? You want to be free from all of this? GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!

Man...a lot of us worked hard to get out of debt and ended up with ruined credit scores...and more debt! It`s not the end of the world for all of us victims. For example, depending on which state you`re from, if the statutes of limitations is already expired, you are not required to pay back the debt. You do however have to pay taxes once you receive the cancellation of debt (Form 1099-C or similar) from the creditor.

Another example, many of you can actually start small by getting a secured card. By that ,I mean deposit an amount (lets say $100.00) into an account with Capital One (For example). The $100 will be your new starting credit limit. You can always send more money to increase your credit limit as well. They will send you a secured card with either a Visa or Master Card Logo on it. Start using that card but not spending over the limit and always paying before the due date. If you stick with it over time, you will actually improve your credit score but you gotta use the card wisely. In the future, creditors want to see that you have been responsible in the near term...and they will most likely base on your recent good history instead of the disaster a few years ago.

Folks, it`s not too late. Yes, it takes time and patience but you can reach that goal to rebuild your credit. I have...my credit score back in the year 2002 was a disasterous 500 (probably less than that). Right now, I`m finally at least 700. I can BREATH once again. I have 3 credit cards in good standing (always paid off before the due date) which helps rebuild my history/score. I wish hope and best of luck for everybody.

As for you Hyla, you`re already past due! Give us back our money!!! Oh, by the way, I too will file a 1099 against you Hyla this coming April.

Remember, whey you file a 1099C, you are waiving right to collect or any further claims in relation to that debt. While I am fairly certain you'll never see that money returned, people should make certain they fully understand the implication of choosing to write off these debts as losses.

the 1099c, na not to worry, if and thats a big if they pay you back, you take it as ordinary income as you have already taken it as a loss and make an explaination of the circumstances.
But most of us already are fairly certain its gone, up their nose, in their arm or wherevr.
What we are lookin for now is jail time, and it probably wont be a guy, she will find some big hairy dyke to be a girlfriend to pass around and when she gets out her kid Aikasha will see her mom with a real man, named Doris not the midget Chris.

Well considering she is a HS drop out I can tell you she lacks the education and her husband Chris is totally behind all this. She had a hard time figuring out who gave her VD in HS. Problem was she only had 10 fingers and 10 toes to add up the hundreds of people she let hit it.

I know I haven't posted in a very long time, but my AG is working very diligently on this and has sent a couple of letters to the Stantons (with no response). The gentlemen who has my case said that legal action was next. Let's cross our fingers. I also told him about everyone else here and told him to check out this forum.

It's pretty frustrating to get someone to help with this issue.I've tried numerous firms, the attorney general's office of different states, en=ven the FBI and no one seems to be able to help me. I can't believe it is so easy to scam people out of their hard earned money and not have to pay it back and no agency is willing to put these crooks in jail or go after them . I'm considering doing the same since it seems to be so easy! NOT!! I have morals, which is why I could never do this kind of harm to anyone because I would never be able to live with myself reaping the hard earned wealth of others. ROT in HELL Stantons!

Please let us know who you found to help. when I signed up it was when they were listed in Nevada. Unfortunately my name is not on the Arizona settlement even though I signed up during that time it was to the Nevada address.

Lisa, You are not on the settlement because you did not submit complaints to the right departments when that case was going on.... we were all with them during that time but none of us knew a case was going on at that time. We thought they were still a legitimate company and had no reason to complain to major state or federal bureaus. Little did we know... only the ones that knew of the scam at that time and complained to the State of AZ are the ones who were involved with that case. Unfortunately, AZ already took them to court and got restitution so they can not sue them again... not sure why though.

At the time of the Arizona case I had already called the company to cancel my membership because I was contemplating Bankruptcy because these S.O.B's werent doing anything with my money but spending it on themselves.I had contacted the BBB and the State Atty. General's office of Nevada, The Florida and Texas State Atty's office, the FBI internet crimes division, numerous private and class action attorneys throughout the U.S. and NO ONE was willing to help me. I wonder if crime does pay? If no law or government agency cares about these kinds of crimes, I guess it DOES PAY!! I don't know who else to turn to. Then, if you wait too long, the statute of limitations kick in and they're home free. I don't get it.

Hey folks,
Don't wait too long to file a case against the Stanton's. If the Stanton's owe you money, get some good counsel and act on the advice provided. Every one who doesn't do something is giving a "win" to the Stanton's.

I would even be glad to get some of that nice furniture and clothes and expensive things they have and have a huge sale and get my money back and I bet we could even afford a lawyer if we go a hold of some of those nice things they bought with all of our hard earned money.Try living from pay check to paycheck Stanton's. Maybe their day will come sooner than they think.Maybe they will try to go get a decent car but they won't let them have one because their credit is all gone, or maybe fix up a few things in the house or buy a lawnmower, just common little things that folks have to do but someon MMG?RMP took care of that with the scamming and made lots of people loose the good credit they had, oh if only I could see the day they arrest them and take all those pretty little things from them.

Who are the Stanton's this is a really long thread. I've read a few of the posts here and there. And do you think they are going to have a yard sale? Will it be at the mansion or in the trailor park? Hopefully these Stanton's will get what's coming to them. Just because Martha got along in the Federal Pen doesn't mean the Mrs. will, people liked Martha.

If there would be a sale we sure wouldn't let the Stanton's have it because we would get cheated again. They should have to be strapped to a chair and have to watch all their goodies go one by one. No they wouldn't even know how to have a yard sale. They are not in the class of decent honest people like us. I would just like to see them loose like all of us did.

Ohhhhh yes it was a so called debt settlement, all they did was take our money and cause some to file bankrupcy, loose their good credit. They still owe a lot of people a lot of money. They just plane lieddd to all of us. Only a few people got a debt or 2 settled and only the first group of people got their money back, some here got a part of their money back but oh yesssss they owe big time money to a lot of good people. I just don't understand why someone hasn't put them away.

Quit now you ignorant hillbillies. It's all over. I WON!!!! I got all your money and nobody's going to do a damn thing about it. It's been well over a year and a half now and all your attorneys, your FTC, FBI, AG's or any of your initials haven't done a damn thing to me or my man. You all got what's coming to you anyways trying to steal from the credit card companies. What goes around comes around, and it's obviously not coming around to me.

Not too smart to post that comment. Don't you know that this has become a permenant record? And have you not ever seen cases where chats and posts have been used as evidence against somebody? With technology it wouldn't be too difficult to prove who you are and where you accessed this site from. Not too smart. Tick Tock Tick Tock, somebody I guarantee you will print this post and provide it to the authorities. Good Luck.

What a business woman there. What happened to that big new business in Texas? Did we hurt your little plans to do it again? There is more to come for you I am sure. You and your man huh? At least all of us have our dignity, self respect, and honesty. Our children can look up to good hard working honest people. I rather have lost 6,000.00 than be a woman of your stature anyday. I think everyone here can agree. We will live respectful lives and yours however with your name has been ruined. So I would say you lost Hyla. And in the end yours will come. Who's to even say that Hyla wrote that - anyone could be trying to irritate us. If it was her she was probally high on her dope.

At least you won't be living your life and waking up everyday wandering if "this is the day they come and get me". She can talk up a big storm and pretend that she is "in the clear" but it looks like her post from today could damage her greatly if somebody decides to take it and turn it over to the authorities, which it sounds like more than one person will do that. And then again, you may be right, it just might be somebody just trying to irritate the victims of this con-artist.
