Miracle Management Group: How reliable are they?

This person and company owes me a refund. Anybody have a new address or phone number that might work.

The number to call and leave messages on RMP voicemail(actually it`s Hyla`s voicemail) is 972-819-3600. When you call, the secretary will state Regus. Ask to leave a message and they will route the call to the voicemail system.

The fax number is 972-819-3601. Everybody...just fax away to your heart`s desire. In other words, bombard them with constant faxes. Let Hyla know we`re angry as hell as this situation unfolds.

I was looking under hyla stantons name on a yahoo search and I found a case filed against them on a website called www(dot)abqjournel(dot)legals. It was published on june 10,2006 It looks like a case filed against them for breach of contract intentional misrepresentation and violation of unfair trade practices act in the state of new mexico.

I went to that website and searched Risk Management Partners and found what swtgal77 was talking about. It is interesting. It also gives the plaintiffs and defendants legal counsels phone number who is going after Hyla and Risk Management Partners.

I called the number and left a message for them to call me back so i will see what happens with it, everyone should try at least to call and see what they say or how we can get involved in it or how to start our own , maybe now someone will take notice to what we all have been going through with mmg/rmp.

Choerlein ,i am in west virginia and it is the same time as your. I left a message for them to call me back, i got most of my money but this company needs to pay for all that they have done to all of us. Mybe someone else will notice that that law firm grabbed onto it and think maybe they will go for it too. Or maybe the ftc will see that something has been filed against them and act now also. I sent in and told the ftc about this forum again and asked if they were acting on it yet today.

I'm another one who was dupped by riskmp. Last fall was the last time I was able to talk to anyone in person. The phone no. they have in an email they sent me last year is no longer in service. I just recently found out that they moved to Irving Texas. I would like to know how I can get my money back, since I was through the program last August and gave them 7,500.00 of my money? I just received a letter from one of my debtors the other day that they were supposed to have settled with 2 yrs. ago.

i just talked with the attorneys in n.m. and everybody needs to contact them. they told me that maybe we can get a class action lawsuit started agains rmp if theres enough people. i also gave them this web site they were very interested.

I'm so down for a class action suit against this friggin thief!!!

Hi everyone. I just found this blog. I am overwhelmed at how many of us are suffering from this horrible company. I am from New York, will the class action in NM work for me as well.

When I called, I said I was from outside NM and the woman I spoke to said that Jay would call me back.

Maybe there is something he can do for all of us, even those outside of NM.

when i talked with the attorneys from n.m. today i told them i was from indiana and that didnt seem to matter. i think there is hope for all of us after all.

I also called but missed the call because i was at work unlike hyla nd chris but i called back and told them what time to call me. Hey hyla are you shaking in your shoes yet? How does it feel to worry about something? We all sure know how it is to wonder if someone will knock on your door with papers to be served. Finally maybe someone is going to take this company down for all the bad deeds they have done to all the innocent people that trusted them to help them with their financial situations. Keep calling that number that is posted and ask if we can be a part of it too or what we need to do to get the ball rolling here in all of our states.

I received a call back from a news reporters office today and scheduled an appointment to talk with him about Risk Management Partners ripping so many people. They were interested in the story. Their viewing is the the Cincinnati TRI State Area. Southern Ohio,Southeast Indiana,and Northern Kentucky. It will not be for a couple weeks because he is busy. Im in the St. Louis area too and there is a Fox 2 reporter in St. Louis that initially did the report on them in Pheonix and is wanting to do another story but wanted 2 people to talk to. ok, some new info, as of yesterday, hyla & co are no longer using the office space in TX, when I called 972-819-3600, the girl who answered said RMP was no longer there, not that they ever were.

Also, when calling 480-345-5547, the phone rings then goes to a fax machine. I just got a call back from some dude (who coincidently sounds a lot like Chris-****) said, did you try to call this number? I said is this Chris?
