My boyfriend is a police officer locally here in Northern KY. I wonder if there's anything he can do.

Hyla has emailed me letting me know that our refund was supposed to be sent to our residence on 5-30-06. Guess what...we have seen or heard nothing. I actually went to see a lawyer but all he said he coul do is write a demand letter. We have waited 9 1/2 months for our refund after being promised the 4-6 weeks thing. I just called down the the TX office and asked the person answering the phone if ANYONE was in that office and she said she hadn't seen anyone come in yet. I left a message with numbers where they can call me but I think I waisted my breath as I always do with messages and emails. This is incredibley frustrating as all of you know. I thought for months that we were the only ones that this had happened too but found this forum and saw how many others they have taken advantage of. I saw someone talking about Lauri Daigle and that is who we went through when we signed up. Wonder where she is now?? Thanks for listening....

A friend told me to contact Jayne Miller Investigative Reporter for WBAL-TV in Baltimore, MD. she does stories on fraud companies like MMG/RMP. I am going to try amd get ahold of her.

Hey Guys, Hyla is slipping off Google, that's where a lot of us found her and MMG.
Please take a minute each day to open Google and type Hyla Stanton, then open all the blogs concerning her for the first 5 or 6 pages (some are spam), that will be enough hits to keep her on page one and others can then find her and her company.
Being on page 1 for over a year may embarass her family (because she doesn't care) and get them in on the push for her to quit smokin dope and come up with the cash from her house.
Oh, I saw the house sold for nearly a million two hundred thousand.

If anyone has completed form 1099C to to report unreported income on your behalf--based on payments made to a company--please let me know. I'd love to get help completing this.

Well now that is just crazy all of a sudden i am in again. To the one that has the investigation going on, remember to tell them that a lot of us filed bankrupcy over this company and that they took money out and i had to close my bank account to stop them and that apparently folks are still paying them even though they were ordered to cease all business in arizona.

I had 6 accounts with RMP. One was settled. I was charged $672.84 over and above the $299.00 set up fee and the two $399.00 retainer fees. Was that charged to anyone else that had any accounts settled by RMP.They still have over $11,400.00 dallars of mine. Did anyone verify with the creditor what a account was settled for when RMP settled an account at all.

Subject: I haven't received PMS
I've never received a PM in my mailbox. Others were able to send me some info by email at choerlein(at)cinci(dot)rr(dot)com. I don't know why I can't receive PMS or I don't know if the ones I've sent got through. I'm in the Cincinnati,OH area. I have been looking for an attorney in my area to look over my contract with RMP and get the letters sent to them that must be sent to cancel contract and power of attorney. I have been watching the forum for over a month but I just found my original contract papers to even be able to show someone. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I went with MMP/RMP in 2003 they collected $14,500 plus $299.00 set up and 2 x $397.00 retainer fees. They setteled ond account and charged $672.84 settlement fee. With that they still have $11,400.03 of mine. Not including any fees. I can't get any answer. I'm trying to find an attorney to see If I must sent their specific cancellation letter or My own. I do not believe they should be intitled to the fees they claim their intitled to. Have you used an attorney. Could you let me know if you recieved this PM. I don't know if mine get out. It does not seen like I can send PM messages or recieve them. I clear cookies, files, and history and have troble logging in every time. When I go th view the last page I'm notlogged in anymore. I posted some PM messages I sent to see if the other forum users recieved them. I have had a few users say they sent PM messages but I check my inbox every day when I log in and I have never recieved a message. Am I doing something wrong.

Ok for all out there. Here's the skinny MMG/RMP is a fraud. Fraudulent activity is illegal. After filing complaints---file a fraud report with you local pd. It's their job to investigate--they might be slow when busy--but they will get to it. Hint: Internet companies with phone numbers and websites that dont exist are considered fradulent.

Local Police departments---each runs differently--but everyone should check theirs out--mine is opening up a case to investigate fraudelent activity.

I think he really feels he has covered his ground. Unfortunately that may be true. What's worse is he's probably compensated very well. Good thing for us--is all we need to find is one trace of evidence connecting him to Mike "X" in Customer Service or having dealt with any individual personally.

I have been in the program for 3 yrs they paid off 2-3 small bills but they have 3800 more of my money. Everytime I try 2 call them Tekkian assures me they are working on my accounts. Guest, that last post is not cool, lets point anger at the mother and father, the child should not be made to pay for her parents stupidity -(I believe the child is already paying) unless you are talking because of the parents impending jail time.
They now have the money from the sale of the house. Now, lets hope they are people of their word. Hyla promised us that she will pay it all back and neither she nor Chris would spend it frivilously on meaningless things, things that if she does not pay what she owes to everyone can land her in jail and time away from her child.

i have not heard a word from her in a month and i was suppose to get my money on may 31, 2006. this is getting crazy. why is it that no one seems to be helping us? i have sent reports to all the agencies and get no response. what is going on? i have found my contract and other stuff and printed all the emails i have from hyla but it seems no one really cares. just read an article in my paper about white coller crimes maybe i should contact my DA he might care more but not sure he can help me as we are in colorado.
