Have you told the creditor that you have retained an attorney and will be filing BK on june 30? They might not wanna waste anymore of the costs involved.
I have never heard of a garnishment starting within 30 days of judgement so you are more than likely ok.

that is 25% of your net after all deductions.IMO,but if you have everything in place for the filing i would bring it to the court date.show the creditor and judge that you are filing BK at the end of the month.your attorney said that because once you file everything is halted.including judgements and garnishments.so if they got a judgement it would stop once you filed.i just don't know if a default is awarded if they garnish right away.you will get a judgement either way,but iwould try to talk to your attorney about the garnishment thing before deciding on if you should show up or not.
