What are the various repayment plan?

19 years 11 months ago
I keep getting e-mails from companies that want to give you free money in your account next day..."100% no hassle" well, I was wondering is this a wise idea to go with... they're giving me 500 to 1000 dollars to help pay bills or for emergencies. What is usually the repayment plan for these institutions? and if they are even real... i don't know.

The fax number of wilshire credit corporation is 503-952-7476 for the main office in Oregon or direct to the main office in New York is 212-670-4690. The toll free number to Oregon is 888-917-1050--some extensions are 7197, 7597, 7881,7733, 7661, 7701, 7560--or direct dial to 503-525-7257. There is a dispute department and Wilshire is required by law to respond to any dispute you put in writing and send to them--or the attorney general for the state of Oregon or the better business bureau.

All Things are possible

I found this story very interesting, no matter what your circumstances are if you have a will there is a way and debt is no exception either. An old man lived alone in a village. He wanted to spade his potato garden, but it was very hard work. His only son, who would have helped him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and mentioned his situation: Dear Son, I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won't be able to plant my potato garden this year. I hate to miss doing the garden, because your mother always loved planting time.

Understanding difference between reporting period and SOL

19 years 11 months ago
Wanted to explain the difference between SOL for reporting and SOL for collecting debt. It would be best to not think of SOL for reporting as more then just the expiration period when the debt comes off of the credit report. Here is a run down on reporting periods: [list=1]
  • Negative account listings reported by the original creditor will remain 7 years from the 1st delinquency on the account leading to charge off.
  • collection agencies listings should expire off of the credit report at the same time the original creditor expires regardless of how long they have or have not b
  •
