I have been reading the forums and I am grateful for all the advice I have found reading through it. I have come to several conclusions on how to resolve my debt. I am going to contact Town & Country Acceptance Corporation to resolve all my debt issues. I am going to close my checking account today with Wachovia. However, I was informed my checking account will be re-opened if CashTransferCenter keeps sending ACH debit requests to my account. I am mailing a cease and desist certified letter to CashTransferCenter today but my concern is will they really stop debiting the account? Thanks again for any input.

No, they will not stop debiting just because you tell them to.
