- The consumers can give a feedback on each company included in our database. We do allow the companies to respond to negative feedback but we never hide or delete the negative feedback. This is our guarantee to you.
- We speak to each of the companies and even try to meet the company personally. We make sure that the company has no legal complaints against it, and has had no legal action taken against it.
- We make sure that the company has all the proper business insurance and proper certificates to practice credit counseling.
