who is pnc?? i have a prepaid debit card not attached to my checking or savings account. i have been checking my bank account periodically, the only problem with my bank is that they had some kind of systems conversion so i need to have them pull hardcopies or wait untill they are finished so i can access it online. either way i have a wait in front of me. | |
