jessiejamesprovost | 23 Sep, 2008 08:15:15 AM I posted some info regarding Minnesota state laws. Please post in the forum how much the loans were originally for and how much you have paid for them.
jessiejamesprovost | 23 Sep, 2008 07:49:15 AM ok, so I saw you started a topic on the forum, so lets go over to that, and discuss it more there. You will get a lot more experienced help over there. I am pretty sure BIG payday is illegal, but we'll let the community know and see what they all say. follow this link to your topic. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/about52103.html
jessiejamesprovost | 23 Sep, 2008 07:43:02 AM ok, so here are a few questions and then we'll go from there. Are the loans through storefront payday lenders or through the internet. I believe if they are storefront and are operating legally in your state they have to do the EPP when you request it. Ask to speak to a manager about it. What state are you in?
jessiejamesprovost | 23 Sep, 2008 07:12:46 AM Have you posted these concerns on the main forum? I'm kind of new at this myself, so I don't know what kind of info to give you. Is this an internet lender or a storefront lender? What state are you in?
jessiejamesprovost | 23 Sep, 2008 06:55:43 AM no, the CA wasn't able to find my records and haven't contacted me since. Why do you ask?
jessiejamesprovost | 23 Sep, 2008 06:32:08 AM yeah, it was almost immediately.
